In our March 2021 Lions Live, we spoke with Microsoft’s Chief Brand Officer, Kathleen Hall as she reflected on the difference in the work the tech giant has put out pre and during the pandemic.

She said there has been an internal shift in focus which has been centred around “making the customer’s voice our voice, it's not about what we’re doing and how you should feel about it, it’s about how the people using our products are using them and how they feel about it.”
